Gnawjaw has been in business 10 years as of 2/20/23. We strive to make the absolute best small batch beef jerky we possibly can using prime cuts of whole muscle USDA beef. No processed jerky or added nitrates here! We are also known for our bacon on a stick, with several thousand pounds sold annually at beer fests, wine fests and food fests throughout Pa!
